Another excellent piece of gear - Rak V2.0

Built hell-for-stout, and really well thought out. Things I like: The hood. I'm not big on detachable hoods, but this one is good. The material is very water resistant, and abrasion resistant. This anorak should last a very long time. My first one is still in excellent shape. The fit seems to be a little smaller overall. The V1.0 was an XL and it was roomy on me at 6'/235 lbs. I dropped to 180 lbs so I ordered a L for the V2.0. On me, it's got just enough room for armor or some layers, not both. I've owned a Reckless 80, 40 and a Rak V1.0. It's all outstanding, and the company has excellent customer service. I ordered my new Rak, not expecting to get it until the year's end, but it showed up in a couple of weeks. Double check you fit before you order, but get one. It's worth every penny.

A good job

Pratico, efficace, bello da indossare sia alla guida di una moto che passeggiando per le strade della città. Un capo di abbigliamento a 360 gradi. Unica pecca la mancanza di una presa d’aria sotto l’ascella destra

Size Guide >

The Rak - which comes from ‘Anorak’ - is the ultimate in simplicity. It keeps you dry in all-day driving rain; it packs away small when it’s not in use, and it’s built to last.

The Rak Pullover gets redesigned for 2022/23 while still representing our “less is more” approach to ADV rain protection. Fewer places for water to get in, less to break, less to go wrong, and therefore more functional. The result is a lighter, nimbler, and more breathable shell that gains several new improvements over the previous version.

The updated Rak Pullover retains its light, durable, waterproof 3-layer outer construction and ‘too simple to fail’ ethos, but gains some additional functionality. The Rak’s pullover anorak-style entry with quarter zip design gets even longer, making it easier to get on and off. We also added a removable hood to be more versatile around camp in adverse weather. Another gain - two Velcro adjustable Anti-Flap Control Tabs at the midsection to reduce flapping and billowing when traveling at higher speeds, plus adjustable cuffs and Cohaesive® embedded cord locks at the hem and collar to help seal out the weather. We also reconsidered the pocketing: two hand pockets, one chest pocket, and a new large front kangaroo stash pocket. The 3L eVent waterproof breathable material keeps you dry and comfortable with air-permeable Direct Venting™ technology.

The Rak Pullover gets even more versatile with improved venting options. A two-way zipper on the side access can be zipped down allowing heat to escape. Unzip the center front and snap it open for enhanced airflow. Or for the ultimate in airflow and venting, take off the Rak, roll it up, and stash it on the back of the bike. It packs small and features a lash loop on the upper back, so you can strap it directly to your bike or luggage when it’s not in use. The Rak celebrates simplicity and weather protection while preserving the core functionality needed on and off the bike.

Ethically Produced in Bangladesh.
