We’re seeking a two wheel enthusiast who has retail or sales experience to run our showroom at our headquarters. This is a good role for someone who loves talking with fellow riders, making visitors feel welcome, and keeping things moving when the showroom gets busy.

This is a 6-month role starting sometime in April. The primary responsibility is welcoming and communicating with showroom visitors while helping them learn about Mosko products, their functionality, and proper fitment.

During the higher-volume months, we average around 93 visitors per month, and sometimes multiple groups arrive at once. The goal is to ensure everyone feels welcomed and supported while managing your time and attention across multiple guests.

We value conversation topics beyond just Mosko products. The ideal candidate also has strong social awareness — someone who can read the room, keep conversations engaging, and gracefully wrap up things when it’s time to assist the next guest.

Additionally, this role includes helping manage our Bates Mototel. If you do not live locally but could stage a camper setup at the Mototel, we are open to hiring someone outside the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Showroom
    • Welcome guests, provide guidance on Mosko products and fitment and place orders.
    • Manage multiple visitors at once while ensuring everyone feels acknowledged and supported.
    • Keep showroom displays organized and products stocked.
  • Bates Mototel
    • Help maintian a welcoming presence for guests staying on site familiar.
    • Keep shared areas tidy
    • Monitor the dumpster and porta-potty
    • Be familiar with and uphold Bates ground rules
  • Requirements
    • Must live locally or be able to stage a camper setup at the Bates Mototel
    • Retail or sales experience
    • Familiarity with Mosko products
    • Comfortable managing multiple conversations while maintaining a welcoming experience
    • Must ride motorcycles

Our growing 24-person in-house team includes decades of design experience for top outdoor brands, extensive knowledge of sourcing and manufacturing, finance, marketing, and customer service. We also spend a lot of time camping and riding motorcycles.

Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $25–$30/hr DOE
  • Gear Discount: 50% employee discount

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable staff accountant to support our day-to-day accounting operations. This role is geared toward accounting professionals who enjoy clean books, well-organized systems, and digging into the details to ensure everything ties out.

Mosko Moto is a small but growing moto brand dedicated to making high-quality technical luggage and apparel for dual sport and ADV off-road travel. In this role, you’ll partner with the Accounting Manager and CFO on a mix of bookkeeping, general accounting, and analytical work.

You’ll be responsible for core accounting functions, supporting month-end close, and helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Our office is located in the Columbia River Gorge. Both in-office or remote candidates will be considered, though U.S.-based is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Accounting
    • Reconcile accounts and prepare journal entries as needed.
    • Assist with the month-end close and maintain supporting schedules.

    • Perform analytical review of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
    • Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards every month.
  • Bookkeeping
    • Deposit sales orders from multiple platforms into the appropriate bank accounts and process refunds as they occur.

    • Enter recurring monthly payments and checks.

    • Update sales orders in response to internal requests.
  • Accounts Payable
    • Maintain vendor master.
    • Manage the A/P inbox and enter vendor invoices.
    • Input credits and debits in support of payables and maintain supporting documentation.

    • Perform annual 1099 reporting.

    • Manage employee credit cards and expense tracking.
  • Accounts Receivable
    • Apply customer payments and maintain accurate records.

    • Process debit and credit memos.
    • Review A/R aging reports and customer deposits to ensure accuracy.
  • Inventory Accounting
    • Track and cost merchandise inventory.


    • Support inventory forecasting and product-level demand planning.
  • Finance & Analysis
    • Assist with budgeting and planning processes.
    • Help prepare monthly budget-to-actuals reporting.

    • Run analysis on discounts, margins, and profitability.

    • Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis across products, channels, and markets.
  • Requirements
    • 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
    • Strong understanding of GAAP.
    • Close attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.


    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through.

    • Clear communicator who asks questions and flags issues early.

    • Experience with accounting systems (NetSuite strongly preferred).

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
