Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help lead campaign planning, content production, and channel execution across the Mosko ecosystem. This role blends strategy, creative production, project management, and rider-culture fluency into one seat.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director to bring products and stories to market in an organized, visually compelling, and brand-right way.

This role is best suited for someone who can move between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution — someone who can help shape a campaign, organize the moving parts, and jump into the field or studio to help get the work made.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager plays a central role in planning and executing Mosko’s product and brand marketing efforts. This person will help build and launch go-to-market campaigns, develop seasonal content direction, manage creative production, coordinate timelines, and support growth across owned, earned, and partner channels.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will be a key team member bringing new ideas, strategic marketing opportunities, and content to Mosko’s marketing efforts.

Required Experience

  • Candidates must have at least five years of current brand marketing experience.
  • Candidates should be fluent in digital channel content creation and management.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience with DTC brands.
  • Candidates must have off-road motorcycle riding experience.
  • Dual sport, ADV, and moto camping experience is preferred, but if your background is in other off-road segments, we’re happy to ride with you and bring you up to speed on dual sport and ADV.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Planning & Product Marketing

  • Develop a strong understanding of Mosko’s customer and product use cases.
  • With direction from the Marketing Director, take a lead role in planning and implementing go-to-market campaigns for flagship and new product launches.
  • Help grow awareness, consideration, and sales across key product categories.
  • Support campaign execution across website, social media, Email, media and brand partners, ambassadors, rider groups and forums, events
  • Contribute ideas that strengthen campaign positioning, storytelling, and launch execution.

Content Strategy & Creative Production

  • Help develop seasonal content strategy aligned with product priorities and brand goals.
  • Produce and coordinate in-the-wild photo and video capture.
  • Manage in-studio product photo shoots for Website PDPs and Product launches
  • Coordinate with internal team members and external creative partners to capture and produce marketing assets.
  • Help identify and create opportunities for rider-facing media.

Website & Channel Execution

  • Manage Shopify website content updates tied to launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing merchandising needs.
  • Work with Mosko’s web designer / developer on feature updates and site improvements.
  • Ensure marketing assets and messaging are aligned across channels.
  • Support execution across publishing channels with a strong understanding of content formatting, audience behavior, and channel-specific best practices.

Events, Partnerships & Rider-Facing Activation

  • Work with the Events Team to build awareness for Mosko in-person events and help drive attendee signups.
  • Seek opportunities to collaborate with, ambassadors, staff, media partners, brand partners.
  • Help create and manage event content opportunities for digital channels.
  • Coordinate with team members to capture usable content at HQ, on team rides, and at events.

Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage the marketing deliverables calendar.
  • Coordinate layered timelines across launches, campaigns, shoots, and channel needs.
  • Keep projects moving with clear communication and organized follow-through.
  • Proactively update the Marketing Director on progress, risks, blockers, and shifting priorities.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback that improve team workflows and execution.

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign planning, and customer communication.

  • Familiarity with Shopify content management.
  • Experience coordinating or producing location-based content shoots.
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted planning and efficiency workflows is a plus.

Product Developer

MOTORCYCLE APPAREL & PROTECTION

Mosko Moto is seeking a full-time Product Developer at our HQ in White Salmon, Washington. This role involves hands-on product development and project management, from strategic planning to final product commercialization for Mosko’s Apparel and Protection categories.

We’re looking for a driven, creative problem solver to join the team with at least five years of experience developing and managing relevant projects to help build the next phase of Apparel and Protection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the product development process from design brief to bulk production.
  • Manage development / production timelines, milestone meetings, and updates to team members.
  • Manage and track costing to ensure products are sourced efficiently and align with margin goals.
  • Evaluate and help resolve potential issues in design tech packages, BOMs, patterns, and components.
  • Maintain development documentation to ensure product information is accurate at each checkpoint.
  • Discover, qualify, and manage relationships with vendors to meet product requirements.
  • Manage and participate in on-bike field testing, plus third-party lab testing of products and materials to advance designs and improve functionality.
  • Work closely with Design, Operations, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to communicate accurate product information, build successful partnerships, and support product activations.
  • Achieve a deep understanding of Mosko Moto’s customers to inform product development.

Competencies

  • Advanced knowledge of apparel product development processes.
  • Expert ability to create and edit technical drawings, including detailed constructions as necessary.
  • Advanced understanding of technical apparel construction with knowledge of fit and patternmaking.
  • Cost engineering and knowledge of manufacturing processes (previous travel to manufacturers a plus).
  • Detail-oriented with proven skills in project management coordinating with multiple internal departments and external vendors.
  • Highly agile, adaptable, and capable of working effectively in a small team.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues clearly in written and verbal form fluently in English.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, development, product management, or additional work experience in the design, development, or manufacture of consumer products, preferably technical apparel.
  • Five years minimum of professional development work with some product management / merchandising experience.
  • Experience in technical material development preferred.
  • Understanding of trade regulations, testing protocol, product integrity requirements, product cycle timeline, and basic production process.

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the work year within the USA and internationally.
  • Up for riding motorcycles off-road and camping in remote locations.

We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator (Contract) to help manage the day-to-day execution of our social media channels. This role is focused on organization, scheduling, asset coordination, and platform management, but in the long term, could shift to leading original campaign concepts and creative content production.

If you’re highly organized, comfortable working independently, enjoy ADV / dual-sport riding and camping, and have a strong understanding of the mechanics of social executions, this is for you.

Role Overview

The Social Media Coordinator will support our marketing team by managing scheduling, publishing, content organization, and cross-platform posting across multiple social channels. This team member will help keep our content pipeline moving, maintain consistency across platforms, and identify strong rider / ambassador content for resharing on Mosko channels.

This is a content management and execution role with some light editing / formatting responsibilities — not a primary copywriter, strategist, or full-time content creator position.

What You’ll Do

Social Publishing & Channel Management

  • Manage scheduling and daily publishing across:

  • Ensure content is correctly formatted, captioned, tagged, and optimized for each platform.

Content Coordination

  • Organize content libraries for social use.
  • Scrape, source, and collect rider / ambassador / event content for brand posting.
  • Re-format existing content for different platform requirements (dimensions, duration, placement, etc.).

Workflow & Process Support

Staff Accountant

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Staff Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting operations. This role is geared toward accounting professionals who enjoy clean books, well-organized systems, and digging into the details to ensure everything ties out.

Mosko Moto is a small but growing moto brand dedicated to making high-quality technical luggage and apparel for dual sport and ADV off-road travel. In this role, you’ll partner with the Accounting Manager and CFO on a mix of bookkeeping, general accounting, and analytical work.

You’ll be responsible for core accounting functions, supporting month-end close, and helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Our office is located in the Columbia River Gorge. Both in-office and remote candidates will be considered, though U.S.-based is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

General Accounting

  • Reconcile accounts and prepare journal entries as needed.
  • Assist with the month-end close and maintain supporting schedules.
  • Perform analytical review of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards every month.

Bookkeeping

  • Deposit sales orders from multiple platforms into the appropriate bank accounts and process refunds as they occur.
  • Enter recurring monthly payments and checks.
  • Update sales orders in response to internal requests.

Accounts Payable

  • Maintain vendor master.
  • Manage the A/P inbox and enter vendor invoices.
  • Input credits and debits in support of payables and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Perform annual 1099 reporting.
  • Manage employee credit cards and expense tracking.

Accounts Receivable

  • Apply customer payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Process debit and credit memos.
  • Review A/R aging reports and customer deposits to ensure accuracy.

Inventory Accounting

  • Track and cost merchandise inventory.
  • Support inventory forecasting and product-level demand planning.

Finance & Analysis

  • Assist with budgeting and planning processes.
  • Help prepare monthly budget-to-actuals reporting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
