Job Title:
Customer Service Representative

Description:
Mosko Moto is hiring!

Are you an extroverted gearhead, who loves the culture of moto? Or an outgoing adventurer, who has yet to experience exploration by motorbike? Either way, we might be your people!

We’re a company of 16 enthusiasts, and we’re looking for a full-time Customer Service/Warranty person. You’d be joining a small team that acts as the first point of contact for our customers, responding via email, phone, chat, and in-person appointments.

Ideally, you’re already an active member of the ADV moto community, have CS or Retail experience, and live in the Columbia River Gorge (or want to relocate). We might be flexible on some of that stuff, but we will need you to be focused & organized, a great communicator, and capable of juggling a fast-paced small business environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop & maintain a deep knowledge of Mosko Products, dual-sport motorcycles, and the sport of ADV riding.
- Develop & maintain a strong technical knowledge of our website, e-commerce backend systems, and communication systems.
- Act as a first contact point for all customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and showroom appointments.
- Work closely with the CS team - which is split between the US and EU - as well as R&D and Marketing, to communicate customer inquiries, feedback, and issues.
- Creatively and efficiently problem-solve operational issues with our e-commerce platform, our warehouses, and shippers.
- Manage customer returns, exchanges, and warranties by processing requests in a timely manner
- Fulfill other Administrative, Customer Service, and Sales duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- 1+ Years of Customer Service, Sales, or Retail experience
- Fluency in a second language is a plus

Position Requirements:
- Local residence in the Columbia River Gorge, and/or willingness to relocate or work remote from the Portland area.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Strong keyboarding and computer acumen
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Availability to work extended hours during the busy/peak/holiday seasons. Some travel for trade shows may also be required.
- Readiness to share perspectives, follow directions, learn, and be a team player
- Organized & thorough, but efficient approach to work
