The Reckless 40L is a rackless luggage system that easily mounts on almost any motorcycle. We designed this system for off-road riding, minimalist camping trips, Baja-style hotel-hopping, and loaded day rides. The R40 is 100% waterproof, with five separate removable welded-seam drybags that slide/strap into a protective outer harness.

We recommend adding the optional Gnoblin rear mounting accessory for rock-solid attachment & easy on-off functionality.

KEY FEATURES

FEATURE
01
The 2 Bag System

Tough bag on the outside, dry bag on the inside. The outer bag is engineered to resist punctures, abrasion, and tears. The 100% waterproof inner drybag is constructed of 22oz 840D TPU with welded seams, keeping water out and your stuff bone dry.

FEATURE
02
Expandability

Hypalon MOLLE panels allow you to customize and configure your Reckless system exactly the way you want it. MOLLE accessory pouches enable you to expand the capacity of your panniers for things like fuel bottles or a hydration reservoir. The expandable rear Beavertail creates a convenient spot to tuck a motorcycle jacket or store wet things you don't want inside your dry bag.

FEATURE
03
Compatible With Most Bikes

The R40 doesn't require pannier racks and offers two-width settings – narrow and wide – allowing it to fit small enduros up to larger ADV bikes. Making it an excellent choice for fly-to-ride trips or riders who own multiple bikes.

I'm just winding up a 10 day bike trip , in writing this in a tent by the namoi river, australia
Having the reckless 40 has opened up a whole new world, I'm speechless, have l been wasting my life up until this point.
Thankyou, this changes everything, mounted on a ktm 640 , 4500kms flinders ranges . Riding rough terrain, didn't even have to check the luggage.
What a wonderfully engineered, and thought out piece of gear, obviously made by riders
Five stars
Thankyou
Christian

Running the reckless 40 system and absolutely love it. I’ve used almost everything out there and this set up by Mosko moto absolutely meets beats all expectations.

Reckless 4.0L

Great off-road luggage!, Have another larger set for my Africa Adventure and they are really dry and have great capacity and fuction. This stuff is bullet-proof! really held up tp a medium speed sliding stop- crash (Ok I fall sometimes!) No damage, jsut dirty.Customer service on a few accessorie and technical questions was really great. Called me back twice and both times received good informed responses to my questions. I seem to be amassing quite the Mosco gear collection. Great quality. You get what you paid for. :-)

Impressive, as expected

I am very impressed with the quality and design of the Reckless 40 system. Since there are a myriad of reviews praising this system in general, I’ll discuss what I debated for a long time before buying; the 40L vs 80L quandary. I went with the 40L system with the aux pox and the 22L top bag because I knew if I got the bigger system I would fill it with weight and bulk I don’t really need. I will be moto camping for 5-day(+) trips, but the 40L system with the extra pockets and larger top bag give me the space to hold the essential gear and maintain the quality of my offroad handling on my Tenere 700. I mounted the base to a rear luggage rack using a bolt, making the connection very secure and I have small side rails, which will keep the system from rubbing my plastics. These racks are NOT necessary for the system, but it works well for what I wanted. What I leave on the bike for running around locally is just the base side bags (no aux pox and no top bag). This leaves me enough room for the tool kit and essentials and space to store anything I pick up on a trip. I am very happy with this purchase.

Awesome but the Drybag was cutted by a root :( in my first ride

Just finish my first ride with the mosko reckless 40 and I was happy until I reralized tha the drybag was cutted by a root. I understand it is a good material, but it was sad to see that a root actually cut it like a knife in my first ride with it. It was full of clothes so It did not have anything sharp inside that side bag.
