I bought this to carry an emergency motorcycle lift tool for my Reckless 80. First time I used a Molle device. Fit and finish typical MM excellent, and the Molle was easy to fit on the R80. The extra Molle stakes were a nice touch. The tool just fit in the bag and was pretty heavy but it rode very nicely on resent 3 day outing. Didn't drop the bike this time so no data on crash worthiness but I guess the best thing is that I didn't notice it was there. A great way to get some extra space and it integrates well. Highly recommend
Perfect Fit on the Reckless 40. I have two mounted up and a 1l fuel storage bottle in each on my Husqvarna 701.
I just yesterday finished a 1,600 mile dual sport largely off road ride through New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Arizona and Nevada using my Reckless 40L system with dual MOLLE 2L storage pouches. Some pretty gnarly terrain over Cinnamon Pass and Black Bear pass in Colorado where having shifting moto luggage could have made challenging terrain even trickier. The Reckless system is solid on the bike and keeps the weight low and well distributed. Cool thing is when it's a hotel day instead of a camp day, all the luggage comes off in one piece - easy to carry into the hotel and into the shower.
A few years ago my muffler end cap came off and some of the Reckless straps and clips burned. Mosko sent me replacements free of charge. I am able to get all my stuff including tools, camp gear, food, clothes into this Reckless setup along with a tank bag. I am a bit of a minimalist though. Maximum fun, minimum stuff. Pic below of the Reckless 40L on my KTM 525 EXC at the start of the ride, before things got very dirty...
i bought this bag because i needed something to carry tools and because i was wanted to check out the quality of the gear in person. i am very impressed. very high quality, well thought out gear clearly designed by people that actually use the stuff. size is perfect to keep tools in my tail bag. bag exceeded my expectations, and i love buying from small businesses that care about what you think and will listen to feedback. thank you. btw, love the blog.
Recently completed the KAT with 3 days of significant rain. Everything stayed perfectly dry. Easy removal of bags to get gear in and out. 40 Liter systems is an excellent fit on a 690 Enduro. Highly recommend Mosko's products.
