Replacement Swivel Straps

I have put many miles on my reckless 80, it has held up very very well. Great gear. A couple of swivel straps have broken over the years and one of the bigger buckles, moskomoto have replaced them for free, quickly and with no hassle. They are a pleasure to work with.

My Reckless 80 setup has been terrific and has even softened my landing on a couple low speed spills. When I contacted Mosko about a couple of failed buckles they quickly replaced them with an upgraded version along with install instructions all free of charge. I couldn’t be happier with their customer service or their product.

Broke a swivel strap on the Utah BDR. Shot a picture of the damaged goods and within a week Mosko replaced the entire swivel strap not just the buckle. Good on you Mosko.

Needed new straps and clips from a recent expedition into northern BC. Mosko customer service promptly replaced the sub par clips that broke at no charge under warranty. The the strap on my bag was a result of my negligence to secure it properly (melted on the exhaust). They replaced it promptly for a minimal fee AND, I must say the swivel strap design is genius, making replacement a simple and no hassle affair (fantastic engineering IMHO).
