You’ve all asked who makes the best pannier racks, and we finally have that answer for you. It’s Outback Motortek.
Their racks are beautifully engineered, super rugged, and installation is a breeze. Constructed of mild steel, they bend rather than crack during a crash. In the unlikely event that you do manage to break one, it’s easy to find a shop that can weld mild steel – no matter where in the world you go down.
Mosko’s Outback Motortek racks come finished in long-lasting black powder coat, and the best part is that they’re fully compatible with our Backcountry and Scout panniers.
Mosko Scout panniers are super durable, well built, and thoughtfully designed. I have these on the outback motortek side racks, which all works perfectly.
How can I buy a combo of 35L and 25L Backcountry and panniers rack for KTM 1290 adventure R 2020 ?
Good fit, good quality.
I got the gen 1 backcountry 35L bags and the racks for my 2006 GS. All fits great! Bags are damn near bullet proof. Racks went on fairly easily. Fitment required a bit of finagling and a few washers for spacers, but are solid and secure.
Bags are a solid five star. Racks more like a low 3 star. Combined I'll give 4 stars. For the price of the racks, I feel like they should fit with zero issues. what should take about 30 minutes to mount, took over an hour of fiddling and a trip to the hardware store.
Now Im headed back into the Uintas!!!
Got my new bags and they look great..Built to take a beating. Going to test them out in a month in Colorado.
