Had an issue with a piece of gear while on a 6 week trip and when I called Mosko looking for advice on how to sort out the issue while on the road, stat member Jason, asked if I would be anywhere near White Salmon and when I advised I was headed in that direction , Jason not only put aside a replacement product, but helped me plot the most scenic and enjoyable route from BC to Mosko HQ in Washington. He then at the end of the day on a Friday spent his own time plotting out routes that would show me some of the incredible sights and roads in Oregon. Spent the night before the Oregon ride at the Bates Motel which is also a must if you are ever in white salmon. Just a quality team that stands behind their quality products and clients.

REPLACE PULL STRAP ON BACKCOUNTRY
I’m very happy with MM’s response. However, I wish I got a strap like the one I lost. I lost it most likely because it worked its way out of the slot. The pull strap I receive as its replacement could still be lost that way….but the new strap can also be lost if the velcro fails. The design went from one mode of failure, to two. But the customer service was outstanding. Very pleased, just confused.

Bought the 12L wildcat awhile back, great back pack! Most comfortable bag I’ve ever worn!! I did have the clip that holds the mouth piece break. I contacted mosko moto and they had 3 extra clips sent to me within a couple days with 0 questions asked. Thank you!!
