The Basilisk Pant gets further refinements as it takes on a true 2.0 redesign as our waterproof/breathable enduro-touring kit for long-distance, multi-day trips through primarily off-road terrain. It combines high-performance materials with clean lines and minimalist design. With an articulated fit for freedom of motion and easy layering, the Basilisk Pant is designed to work with separate armor systems for superior protection and better versatility. It packs smaller than a traditional ADV pant for stashing on your bike when things get hot.
The Basilisk Pant is incredibly waterproof and incredibly breathable. The body fabric is a highly abrasion-resistant eVent Expedition 3-layer, using eVent's proprietary Direct Venting™ technology. Heat and water vapor move directly through the air permeable membrane, allowing your body to breathe freely and stay comfortable. With a 30,000mm on the water column (100 feet of water pressure), with an MVTR of 10,000 g/m/d, .06cfm air permeability, and DWR to keep you dry in wet conditions. It's the only air permeable riding pant we have come across and it has the highest waterproof ratings we've ever seen.
On the knees, we added Super Fabric® ceramic platelets on a 600D waterproof/breathable overlay for added strength and durability. With double-layer fabric, you can crash repeatedly and still stay dry. Our zippers are top-of-the-line water resistant YKK VISLON® AquaGuard®: they won’t clog with dust and grime, and they’re easy to operate one-handed with gloves. Two cargo pockets on the upper thigh keep your essentials close at hand or provide quick stash options when off the bike.
To keep you cool there are 6 vents, two knee scoop vents, two fold-back thigh vents, and two large exhaust vents behind the leg. In hot weather: open all the vents and let the cooler outside air envelop your upper thigh.
On the inside we eliminated hanging liners entirely, reducing weight, bulk, and heat. Laminated patches protect the tricot lining in high abrasion areas like the knees and lower leg. The leg openings are cut extra wide to allow for plenty of room to fiddle with and adjust your boots. And they’re adjustable too, with waterproof internal gussets and overlapping Velcro flaps.

Incredible Fit, even if you have huge calves! ![User picture]()
Well built pants, perform flawlessly on rides and my favorite part are the venting features on the front of the legs with the snap back option. As a fun fact I've got pretty big calves and I'm wearing a fairly large boot in the Leatt 5.5 Enduros...and there is still enough room to pull the pants down over the boots before adjusting the velcro panel. I know it might not seem like a big deal but it certainly is to me. Great pants, highly recommend.

Basilisk IR Pant - Fit
I would love to have given the Basilisk IR Pants a 5 star rating but sadly the fit of the pants just did not work at all for me. The build quality, materials and features looked great, but I had to return two sizes for refund. I'm 5'9" with a 34" waist and 30" inseam so initially I ordered the 34s. The waist was a little big but as I want to wear them over my street clothes that was fine, however the legs were 5-6" too long. I returned them in exchange for the 32s which were still 3-4" too long even when sitting on the bike, and the knee armor was more at shin height rather than just above my knee cap. The waist would have been a little snug with street clothes underneath but I could have lived with that if the length was right. I'm very disappointed, as I bought the Basilisk jacket which I love and am going to keep.

Great Gear, Great Fit, Great Customer Service
Excellent, couldnt be happier in the Mosko gear. Winter now in England and so far im warm and dry. For me sizing is great as it feels quite large, im 6’4" and 115kg and originally ordered the 40’s but they were way too big, returned (thank you for the help Fernando) and size 36T is perfect, super comfortable straight out of the bag. 5* thank you

Pants are bomber but size was off for me.
I have a prior version of these pants and decided to upgrade to these with built in knee pads. I ordered the same size, 40”, the waist fit just fine but the rest of the pant was ginormous, I could fit two legs it felt like in each side. My wife said I look like MC Hammer. Can’t touch this!
