With the Gnome's unique mounting orientation in a landscape position on top of your tank, there is enough space to stand comfortably without restricting movement as you tackle steep mountain passes or miles of Baja whoops. Its 5L storage capacity includes a 1.5L Hydrapak hydration water reservoir within arm’s reach, so you can quench your thirst while riding.
Note: the Gnome has small updates for 2026, including the top lid opening, with the opening now facing the handlebar. This updated design is shipping in Arroyo, Triple Black, and Woodland colorways. The legacy design, with the lid opening facing the rider, will continue to ship in the standard black colorway.

I’m 4300 feet up on spruce mountain West Virginia, at the end of night 3 of an 8 day trip on the Tenere 700, bag quality is very nice and fits what I need, and the hydration pack is something I’ve been missing from my gear cause I don’t like backpacks it’s great quality.
My only issue, I bought this for my camera gear and battery banks, it down poured the entire night last night, I had the rain fly on the tank bag, woke up this morning, tank bag was soaked, 360 batteries and battery banks damp, either an insane amount of condensation soaked the bag or the rain fly failed, I was not charging batteries so no heat was generated in the bag. We have more rain coming tonight, so we will see what happens
