The Mosko Moto First Aid Kit is designed specifically for motorcycle rider use and focuses on treating bleeding, burns, and bone breakages. Available with or without the first aid contents.
The First Aid Kit features a 100% waterproof external 4-liter dry bag with a ripstop fabric inner bag that holds CE Certified and FDA Approved first aid kit items. The design matches our existing Auxiliary Pockets, so it can be slid into a 5L or 4L Aux Pox holster or attached with Molle Stix or Moto Straps (purchased separately).
Featuring a bright red color and first aid cross graphic for fast recognition by anyone in your riding group in emergencies, this kit works with our Backcountry Panniers, Duffles, Reckless Bags, or any mounting point with Molle attachments.
Consider carrying this kit on your bike to help you self-treat your injuries and ensure first aid supplies are quickly at hand for others to help you if necessary. Consider everyone in your group carrying their own First Aid Kit to service their own needs.

I was not disappointed at all. The bag works as designed and is really rugged. and with cinch straps or rock straps it locks down tightly to my Outback Mototech Rear racks I installed. I have the 30L top bag and it holds nearly all the moto-camping stuff I care to carry. This was a huge improvement over various other brand-x strap on duffels I tried.
The design works perfectly with other Mosko gear. The stock supplies are ample for group rides and there is room for extra items (like cold packs for desert riding).
Have used my Reckless 40 a few times now and can say that I’m very happy with it. I can easily swap between my bikes in minutes which is great too.
Of course safety is first. But, the kit comes unpacked. As in, you have to figure out how to pack the contents correctly. (Follow Mosko’s video) But, once you see what is in the kit and how it packs in, it gives you some idea of the inventory. Which is important! Almost like Mosko did this on purpose. And then safety is second, nature.
Had the room in a Aux Pocket and decided to give it a try. Happy to get the kit out of my pannier, seems like it will work out just fine!
