Our Tent Pole Bag is a welded-seam, roll-top drybag designed to replace the flimsy bag that came with your tent. We carry our tent poles separately from our tent, because it makes the whole thing much easier to pack. However, when the poles are stored on the outside of your luggage, they tend to wear holes through the OEM bag, allowing tent stakes and poles to escape. Our tent pole bag, made from sturdy double-layer 800D PU, solves those problems.
The Tent Pole Bag can be connected to the daisy chains on the inside of the Reckless 80 beavertail, or to the daisy chains on the top of the Backcountry 30 Duffle v2.0 - or to any other bag or luggage rack with lash-down points. It includes two webbing attachment straps for that purpose.
Note: this bag is designed for 1-3 man backpacking tents. It may not fit tent poles for larger family-size and/or expedition tents. Please check the dimensions below.
Yes, me and my friends are very hard and brutal on equipment. You might ask why? Because we use our equipment and go to places most people don’t venture. I’ve owned the bomb-proof Mosko Tent Pole bag for a few years, but recently bought 2 more to share with my friends. We were on an adventure Moto ride and two of my amigos had tent pole bags mounted on their motorcycles, which were ripped and holy with the tent poles were hanging out of the end of the bag. Mine has been to the Arctic Ocean, Yukon and North West Territory of Canada’s remote backcountry as well as all over the Baja Peninsula. Its been abused and used as a water container for a shower, its been filled with sand on the beaches of Baja and its still holds and protects my KUIU Tent poles for what I call my Condo to Living … my tent! On a scale of 1-10 the Mosko Moto Tent Poles bag is BOMB PROOF! Tried and tested by me with a score of 99 on the scale of 1-10. This is not a paid advertisement. I am not sponsored by Mosko Moto … I have paid good ol’ American cash for all my gear … but this is a note to say Mosko Moto gear works and works well. Peace Out! Tim
I bought this tent pole bag so I could store my tent poles outside of my Giant Loop Great Basin bag on my WR250R. My 2 man REI tent has poles that don't break down short enough to not poke through the GL bag. I have to say, this bag from Mosko has really tough construction, and feels extremely heavy duty. I really like it's simple design and with the various tie down loops build around it makes it very versatile on where I can mount it. I also find it useful to put other small items like my tent stakes or extra cordage in there. Great product at a fair price point. Thanks Mosko.
I recently bought a Reckless 40 for my WR250R. And I couldn’t be more impressed with Mosko Moto. From every stitch, zipper, buckle and bag, they’ve blow me away. Such high quality!! These bags are sure to get me into many adventures and out of trouble! #moskomotolove
The bag is a perfect addition to my Reckless 80. Tent poles fit in it easily, allowing for me to compress my tent body into the bottom of one of the side bags on the Reckless. It’s a solid build with a great design. Buy it.
Tough bag I don't see it coming apart...ever. Big enough for my tent and tarp poles along with stakes for both. Secure closure. Molle loops all around the bag to make it easy to strap it on my bike. Perfect for my needs!
