Hello, everyone! My name is Paolo, and since I was a child, I have had a deep passion for motorcycles. I used to watch races with my father, and that ignited a lifelong love for them. At the age of 16, I got my first Motard 125, and from there, I began to explore and dream.

In addition to motorcycles, I have another great passion – the world of cuisine and food. Yes, that's right, I am a chef who has spent 15 years immersing myself in various kitchens across different nations with diverse culinary traditions. It was a natural progression for me to combine my love for motorcycles with my culinary expertise. As a nomadic spirit, I found it easy to merge these two passions by working in kitchens while traveling on my motorcycle, living life just like a local. What has always fascinated me is the opportunity to connect with local people, to discover their traditions, and to live and work as they do. I find immense joy in these experiences because I firmly believe that we have a beautiful world full of wonders waiting to be explored. This belief is encapsulated in my personal motto: "Explore the possibilities, be happy, and be grateful for this life."
