Exhaust Heat Shield (Small)

I am new to the adv riding, so i headed in full bore, I bought a bike and then quickly realized i needed everything to make it fun. Starting looking at all the different gear and companies out there and quickly figured out that there is gear and then gear that was was made by real people that actually ride.
Sure there is cheaper and more expensive gear, but i feel that it better to get items that will last and provides lifetime of protection, it will actually cost you less over the long haul. So I saved up and bought the best mosko moto backcountry offset panniers and backcountry 30 l tailbag.
The quality of these products is second to none and provides a great storage solution for my bike, to allow me to take trips and keep my stuff dry and protected. I really like the release system to remove it from the bike when not in use. I am really proud to have the opportunity to have such great gear and each time i use it figure out what works best, the beaver tail provides a great place to store items needed quickly and keeps wet items out of dry bags. I used a heat shield to cover the cat, as it got pretty hot on rt foot and worked great!

My latest purchase from this awesome company was just a replacement heat shield, because I lost one even before I fitted the Reckless 40 I had bought for the KTM 525 Adventure. Now that I have fitted and used the luggage I can say that it has surpassed all of my expectations. 2 days and 480 km of mostly dirt mountain roads and nothing moved, nothing leaked, nothing broke, and nothing melted !! I hardly new the gear was there and it fits the bike like a glove. At the end of the day all I had to do was undo 4 buckles and throw the whole thing over my shoulder and trudge up to my room. I used Mosko Moto Reckless 80L system and Nomad tank bag on my Suz Drz 400. The system worked perfectly on the month long 4200 miles Continental divide trail trip. I had to carry a lot of luggage and tools to be prepared for any situation. I was very surprised how much luggage Reckless could carry, how durable and easy to use.

I just competed a 3000 mile trip (IDBDR 1800 asphalt and 1200 dirt) with the R80 on my 2007 KTM 950 Super Enduro. It's as if the R80 was meant specifically for this motorcycle. The fit is great and it's very versatile. I try to pack light while also trying to be prepared to survive in any situation. The R80 works very well.

I have noticed from unraveling of the stitches on one of the seams that I am hoping to get resolved.
What would it take to configure the system to accommodate the Fatty Tool roll in a horizontal position in one of the dry bags?

Super versatile and roomy bags the r80 literally has more room then I need. I’ve fit a legit tool box and a 4 ft step ladder on there no problem. I might just sell my truck.
