Good product, expensive shipping

Cell phone pocket. Well designed and well made product, it should last the distance. However, my OCD struggles with having to offset it left or right on my Nomax bag. Crazy expensive shipping too.

Nice phone pocket but some considerations are needed

It's a great product but not for everybody. Read on to see if you are the right rider for this product.

Needless to say this Navigator cell is an attachment to tank bags with Molle webbing. You may find a way to adapt it differently but this is the primary use.

In my case the experience using this product has been in combination with the Nomax tank bag.

In my opinion, if you are going on a multiday trip where rain is a real possibility, the best companion for this product is the NOMAX tank bag. The Nomax tang bag has a rain cover which allows you to keep your phone protected from water.

You see, this is NOT a waterproof phone pocket. While more and more phones are now coming with waterproofness this product does not offer it.

I find myself using the navigator cell pocket attached to my Nomax tank bags on longer multiday trips. For instance TET(Trans Euro Trail).
On such trips I'm not relaying at all times on the turn by turn navigation.I'm exploring rural roads and my eyes are mostly focus on the road and every so often I need to check that I'm still on the right track.
This is not a product for urban turn by turn navigation. For city navigation you better of having a navigator mounted up high. On most bikes you will have to look down to check your phone screen. This is not ideal when you are relaying on constant input from your phone.

The advantage of this product together with the Nomax tank bag are:
- No high frequency vibration passed to your phone (eliminates the chance of damaging your phone's camera).
- Water protection achieve together with the Nomax rain cover.
- Fits almost every phone.
- Fairly priced.
- You can run a charging cable from the bank bag to your phone very neatly.
- Easy on and off. No need to leave a phone attachment point to your motorcycle at all times.
- Your phone is better protected in case of a crash.

Disadvantages:
- You need to look down to check directions.
- Water protection must be considered if not used in combination with the Nomax tank bag rain cover.

Navigator Cell Phone Pocket: Brilliant!

I use a Samsung galaxy s21 ultra, and it fits well. The s21 is abit to big, but again that is a huge cellphone. Alot better for the camera, then to mount the Phone on the handle bars for sure. And if its made like the rest of Mosko Moto gear, it will def do the job.

Super cell phone pocket

Really high quality product. Easy to take off the tank bag with the Velcro attachment. Holds a variety of different cell phone sizes. Only issue I have is my OCD, it’s not perfectly centered on the Hood tank bag!

This lil' gator is a cell phone holder like you've never seen, it really solves all the problems.

With real-time updating and a staggering array of mapping apps, cell phones are the obvious choice for navigation - except for two major issues:

High frequency vibrations attack camera image stabilizers first, and can eventually kill the entire phone
Radiation from the sun can quickly overheat a phone, causing permanent damage, and inevitably shutting it down just beyond that last missed turn

We've killed more than a few phones ourselves, by mounting them to our handlebars. So after trying out all the aftermarket mount options, and testing countless prototypes, we developed the Navigator.

The combination of a soft Velcro-over-MOLLE mounting system, and placing soft luggage between it and the bike, deadens all of those damaging vibrations. Our removable sunshade and vents keep the phone cool. Throw in a few other clever features, mount it to one of our tank bags (or other convenient MOLLE panel), and you'll wonder how you ever lived without it.
