The Stinger 8 is an incredibly versatile roll-top drybag designed to mount as a tail/fender bag on smaller bikes, for carrying tools, tubes and other essentials, or as a topper on hard-side panniers or top boxes. It also turns into a backpack, in case you need a daypack for hiking into a hot spring, or making a quick trip to the store for supplies. The backpack straps stash away in an internal pocket, and then deploy through the opening of the bag, clipping to two d-rings on the bottom.

DESIGN

On the bottom of the Stinger 8, we added four sewn-on connection straps that loop through ladderlocks on the top of the bag so that you can connect it to fender cleats on a dirt bike or to a luggage rack or hard-side pannier. When not in use, the straps stash away in a flat pocket on the back. If you prefer to use a different connection system, there are webbing pass-throughs on the top of the bag, which can accommodate any kind of strap.

It also turns into a backpack, in case you need a daypack for hiking into a hot spring or making a quick trip into town for supplies. The backpack straps stash away in an internal pocket and then deploy through the opening of the bag, clipping to two d-rings on the bottom. When the Stinger is set up as a backpack, its capacity is larger than 8L.

Crash Care Program

Well featured

This is a great day bag for some extra gear. Would also be great for some essentials when fully loaded. Easy to install and worked on my bike that does not have a luggage rack. Sturdy, waterproof, and I love that it comes with mounting and backpack straps. My two little gripes are that I wish it was slightly larger, (10l?), and if the shape could fit rectangular objects better. One other thing I found is that water can sort of get on the Velcro which seals the bag and upon opening let some water in. This can be solved by rolling the top down and not up and letting any accumulated water drip out before opening the bag.

Great small bag, Stinger 8

Very happy with this. The design, function and toughness are all good. The straps for securing it to the bike are good although u could use other methods with the loops on the bag too. The closure of the bag even feels good. Looks great too.

Super heavy duty

Very nice, very heavy duty dry bag. I'm sure this will last a long time. What separates it from most dry bags though is the integrated straps. I was able to strap it directly to my tail rack, and there's no way it's coming off accidentally. The integrated velcro pouch on the outside to hold the straps when I'm not using them, and to hold the spare length when I am using them is also a nice touch.

It's very clear this was purpose-designed for motorcycles, every detail is thought out.

The do it all add on bag.

The 8L stinger was the perfect addition to my reckless80L set up on my 07’ 1200 GS. I put my tent and rainfly in there and with the pillion seat removed it sits perfectly in that spot. Strapped down with an ROK strap it allows me more room in my 22L stinger for my non-negotiable sleep system. Would recommend.
