Mule Gear Hauler

Color
BLACK

The Mosko Mule Gear Hauler is a roller luggage system designed to haul all your travel gear for international fly-to-ride trips and staging from your truck for local trail rides. The top and bottom portions separate easily into two bags to check at the airport or use with just one bag for trips with less gear.

The top portion has an expansion zipper for an added 43 liters of optional volume to go from 157 liters to 200 liters, while the folding internal frame allows the bottom portion to collapse for shipping and storage.

DESIGN

The Mule gear bag includes a helmet and boot bags, plus one large and two smaller universal zippered packaging cubes. (The packaging cubes are also designed to work with our Backcountry Panniers for double duty.)

Built with 100% recycled PET 900D polyester ripstop fabric and reinforced with ultra-tough hypalon sections in high-wear zones, this beast was built for serious long-haul ADV travelers and enduro riders who want moto-specific luggage.

Expedition Ready: Hauls Everything!

If you are serious about hauling your gear around the world, or even the country, this is the bag that you need. I just returned from 2.5 weeks in Africa, having almost 40 hours of travel each way and can provide some context as to why this piece of gear will not only enhance your trip overall, it also replaces the need for trying to cobble together all sorts of various luggage.

In flight mode it can zip / Velcro / strap together as an “all in one” or if weight is an issue, you simply detach everything and check two bags which makes everything simple. Once bags are collected you re-attach them and away you roll.

As far as expedition use, I developed a good flow for using mine while in Namibia and having a support truck to follow us. I’d use the smaller portion for clean clothes, and the larger one for dirty items, extra kit, shoes and tripods (Etc). This system worked great and allowed me to quickly pack and unpack, even when sleeping in tents.

The bag is quality and durable. Tossing it into the truck or letting it hit the ground wasn’t an issue, the stitching and handles held fine.

When the trip was over, everything back into the bag and away we go. Other guys had to buy large separate duffels to make this happen, not me!

It’s worth it. End of story.

Mammoth, very well designed bag “system”

First off, this setup is impressively large. Yes, it meets airline checked bag limits when split apart. But this is the aircraft carrier of motorcycle gear bags.

Beautifully made and well thought out. I do worry some about the metal rod interior supports if handled badly at the airport, but the overall ruggedness of the bag is excellent.

The blue lining is a classy touch and aids visibility for the interior. Wheels are rugged and roll well. Grab handles are well positioned and zippers are sturdy.

I packed my helmet in the included helmet bag, but removed that before checking and hand carried my helmet. Also Klim (heavy) adventure pants and jacket, 2 pairs of gloves, armored bike jeans, an extra pair of Klim riding pants, my Sidi tall boots, and a bunch of miscellaneous items. All in just the lower bag portion. I packed street clothes in the upper bag portion sufficient for 2 weeks of motorcycle tour with no issue.

In a brilliant design, you can attach with zippers and Velcro the upper (thin) bag to the lower for ease of transport, then separate them at baggage check for meeting baggage requirements. The trick is making sure you don’t go over weight limits on the lower bag. I was at 55 pounds with no helmet on the lower.

This is the “Mack Daddy” of gear haulers. A+

Well thought out travel bag

There were so many features on this bag I had to watch the video on it. First trip I took it to the Philippines and when I rented a moto the guy knew Pete and had rented to him a couple years ago.
