EVENT DATE
Thursday, August 14th - Sunday, August 17th, 2025
CAMP VENUE
Nestled high in the Rocky Mountains, at an elevation of 7,792 feet, the historic town of Ouray, Colorado sits on the edge of the Alpine Loop trail network.
On-site camping spaces are available for motorcycle / tent campers and truck / van campers. (Only small motorcycle cargo / flatbed trailers towed by trucks / vans permitted in the camping area please. No travel trailers or motorhomes allowed in the camping area. Space is very limited at this venue.)
Travel trailers and RVs will need to purchase the 'No Camping/Lodging' ticket so you can arrange your own accomodations due to space limitations. There are a couple other lodging options near camp. We recommend checking our Ouray Riverside Resort RV Park & Cabins or Twin Peaks Lodge Hotel/Hot Springs. Reservations are made directly with the properties. There are also plenty of hotels, cabins, and other RV parks near Ouray.
Twin Peaks Lodge is offering Dusty Lizard Ouray attendees a special on access to their hot springs, pool, and showers. Normally $39 a day, the special price for ticket holders will be $39 for 3-days.
RIDING
There are lots of excellent riding options in the local area to choose from. Mosko will provide some suggested routes with GPX files for adventure bikes and dual sports just before you arrive. We suggest doing your own research prior to the event to familiarize yourself with the area, including some of the classic mountain pass trails such as Ophir, Imogene, Black Bear, Engineer, California, Corkscrew, and Cinnamon. We encourage attendees to create small groups and ride with like-minded new friends.

Really well put on with great riding and great people. The food was good. The routes were fun and challenging at times. It didn't seem too crowded to me. Any bigger and it might be a bit tight. This is going to be an annual thing for me now.
Heck yeah! So glad you had a great time riding and hanging out with everyone, David. Can’t wait to see you back next year!
The Dusty Lizard Campout Ouray was awesome! If you have ever thought about going to one of the Dusty Lizard Campouts, you need to do it. It is 100% worth it.
Glad you had a blast in Ouray, Paul! Thanks for the shout-out—can’t wait to have you back at a future Dusty Lizard.
This was my fourth DL.
UT Park City 2023, Moab 2024, Death Valley 2024 and Our 2025.
It all has been great! Ouray was special because the San Juan Mountains are just incredible for real. Best and most beautiful mountain riding I had ever done. The DL itself was the longest Thursday to Sunday. I really appreciated that early access. It did make a difference as I was coming from home (CA) The food was good, the music was great, and as always all vendors and staff were super helpful and welcoming.
If you are contemplating going to a DL event, don’t doubt it. You won’t be disappointed.
Manlio Corradi.
Manlio, a Dusty Lizard OG! Stoked you made it out for your fourth Dusty Lizard—the San Juans are absolutely mind-blowing. We’ll see you at a future Dusty Lizard. Thanks for being part of it all over the years—we really appreciate it!
Following in my brother's footsteps, my first dusty lizard and it exceeded all my expectations. It was a blastAnd I can't wait for another.
Awesome, Thad! It's a family affair—so cool. Stoked you had a blast, and we’re just as pumped for the next one. Catch you there!
This is my second Mosco moto event, well worth the drive. Unbelievable riding and people! Food was amazing as well. Super fun time!!
