We ship out of Portland, OR, and most orders are shipped 1-2 days after we receive your order.
Orders received on Fridays after 11 a.m. PST, or over the weekend, will process and ship on the following Monday or business day.
US Shipping Methods:
Ground: UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail
UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivers 3rd business day—orders must be received by 11a PST for same day shipping.
UPS Next Day Air: Delivers next business day—orders must be received by 11a PST for same day shipping.
Priority Mail: US Postal Service / 3–4 business day delivery

We make every effort to ship UPS 2-Day Air, UPS Overnight and USPS Priority Express requested orders, the same business day we receive them. To ensure this service, expedited orders must be received at Mosko Moto by 11a PST.

International Shipping & Customs (including Canada)
All international orders ship via USPS International Priority.
We offer a special $50 Flat Rate Shipping for orders of $399 or more. This option is offered during the check-out process.
Customs: Please account for the additional time that the customs office in your country may flag and hold your package; this can be anywhere from 5-20 business days depending upon the country.
International Tracking Info:
USPS turns over your package to YOUR Country's government run postal system, so please check with them first if you need to coordinate a drop-off or pick-up.
It generally takes 8 to 12 business days to ship from us to you. Tracking for your package may stagnate for several days as it sits in your country's customs.
If you are having trouble receiving your package, please take the following steps first:
All international customers are responsible for paying for VAT from their country.
It is the buyer's responsibility to know and understand the customs laws regarding the country of delivery.
Due to U.S. export laws, we list the value of all shipments at their actual cost and cannot alter the value of shipments. Additionally, we have no control over the time shipments may spend in Customs Inspection.

South American / South African customers:
Please consider researching and using a "Shipping Partner" for your shipping needs. They can provide you with an address located in either California or Florida and ensure the speedy, inexpensive and reliable delivery of your package. We've experienced problems shipping to countries like Argentina, Brazil, or South Africa.
All returns must be pre-approved before sending back to Mosko Moto and must be in New, Unused/Resaleable Condition.

Include in your Return Shipment
Returns can take up to 3 weeks to process– this time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return and the time it takes us to process the return once received.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns - Hardgoods
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason as long as they are in their original, new and unused condition without dirt or scuff marks or modifications.
Returns - Apparel
Apparel can be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason as long as they are in their original, new condition with the tags still attached.
After 30 days, Store Credit will be issued.
If we determine that the apparel has been used/worn, tags are cut or deemed non-resaleable, we will contact you and/or issue you a store credit.
Once we have received and processed your return you will receive a refund. It can take several weeks to process returns and check them back into inventory once received (not including the time it takes to receive return from shipper). Once a return has finished being processed we will complete the refund. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to post to your account depending on your bank.
