We ship out of Portland, OR, and most orders are shipped 2-3 days after we receive your order.
**Orders received on Fridays after 11 a.m. PST, or over the weekend, will process and ship within 1-2 business day the following week.

Ground: UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail
**Remember to add 1-2 business days to each shipping method for order fulfillment.
UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivers 3rd business day—orders must be received by 11a PST for same day shipping.
UPS Next Day Air: Delivers next business day—orders must be received by 11a PST for same day shipping.
Priority Mail: US Postal Service / 3–4 business day delivery

We make every effort to ship UPS 2-Day Air, UPS Overnight and USPS Priority Express requested orders, the same business day we receive them. To ensure this service, expedited orders must be received at Mosko Moto by 11a PST.

International Orders ship via 2 options:
1.) DHL Express Flat Rate
**recommended for Canada, though please note: Brokerage fees will be charged separately by DHL
2.) USPS International Priority
Flat Rate Shipping of $50 for orders of $399 or more worldwide (including Canada).
Customs: Please account for the additional time that the customs office in your country may flag and hold your package; this can be anywhere from 5-20 business days depending upon the country.
USPS: USPS turns your package over to YOUR Country's government-run postal system, so please check with them first if you need to coordinate a drop-off or pick-up.
It generally takes 8 to 12 business days to ship from us to you. Tracking for your package may stagnate for several days as it sits in your country's customs.
DHL: This is a Courier Service that delivers right to your door in most locations around the globe, without interruptions.

All international customers are responsible for paying for VAT and/or Import Duties within their country.
It is the buyer's responsibility to know and understand the customs laws regarding the country of delivery.
Due to U.S. export laws, we list the value of all shipments at their actual cost and cannot alter the value of shipments. Additionally, we have no control over the time shipments may spend in Customs Inspection.

Please consider researching and using a "Shipping Partner" for your shipping needs. They can provide you with an address located in either California or Florida and ensure the speedy, inexpensive and reliable delivery of your package. We've experienced complications shipping to Argentina, Brazil, South Africa and Israel.
We believe in providing our customers with the highest-quality product and service, and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund if the item is unworn, in new/unused and in resaleable condition.

Returns can take up to 2 weeks to process. This time period includes the transit time for our 3rd party shipping facility to receive the return and the time it takes us to process the return once received. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued.

Returns - Hardgoods
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges. Items can be returned within 60 days of purchase for any reason as long as they are in their original, new and unused condition without dirt or scuff marks or modifications.
Returns - Apparel
A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided on returns and exchanges. Apparel can be returned within 60 days of purchase for any reason as long as they are in their original, new and unused condition. After 60 days, Store Credit will be issued.
