Order Status

Order processing takes 72 hours. We are closed on weekends and holidays. Please see our Shipping page for more information as customer service will be back online Monday, May 22 with a 72 hour or more response time to inquiries. 

You can look up your order by entering the order number and the email address you used to place the order here.  We have two order statuses, visible at the upper right-hand corner of your order status page:

1) Order Received: We've received and reviewed your order and are sending it to the warehouse for shipping.  The order should ship within 72 hours.

2) Fulfilled: Your order has been shipped, and an email with tracking information has been sent.  Note that tracking information sometimes will not be available until a few days after the order has been shipped.
