Increased Warehouse Processing Times

With higher order volumes during the sale period, starting Wednesday, November 15th, orders may take up to a week to process at our warehouse before being picked up by the courier service to be shipped to you.

US Warehouse Holiday Closure Days


Our US warehouse, located in Portland, Oregon, will be closed and not processing orders on Thursday, November 23rd, and Friday, November 24th, for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Orders With Preorders & In-Stock Items

If you plan to purchase preorder and in-stock products, please place two separate orders so your in-stock items ship now. Otherwise, the entire order will be held until your preorder products arrive.

Preorder Customers

If you’d like to reserve our new apparel styles and colors, they are available for preorder. These items will be delivered by the end of December 2023. We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Free Shipping

All orders over $200 (pre-tax) will receive free ground shipping.

Discounts

During the Braap Friday sale period, starting Wednesday, November 15th, we'll be offering various temporary discounts on our gear. These discounts are offered during the sale period for in-stock items, plus a limited selection of preorder items listed on our site. Unfortunately, discounts are not retroactive, nor can they be extended after the sale period has ended. Discounts can not be applied to products arriving in the future or items we do not currently have in-stock / pre-orderable.
