The Aux Pox mount on the back and/or front of the Backcountry 25 pannier using 5 bolts, washers, and tee nuts. It consists of a harness and a removable, welded-seam, roll-top drybag. The harness can also be used without the included drybag, for things like fuel bottles, a hydration reservoir, or a tool roll. At the bottom of the harness is an opening for an MSR dromedary nozzle. There's hypalon armor along the bottom to edge to protect against abrasion, and reflective panels on the outer face for visibility.
Each individual Backcountry Pannier can fit up to two Aux Pox: one on the front and one on the rear. Or you can remove the Aux Pox entirely for a more minimalist fit.

The Backcountry pannier V2.0 are very robust ,I was impressed by the design and attention to detail. I have 3 months to dream of riding because of snow and cold here in ND, but I have full confidence the bags will serve me well, last for years to come .
I waited for the new version of the panniers to be released from the time that I heard that they would once again be available in offset 35l / 25l sizes. This was important for my KTM 790 since the rack on the muffler side sticks out much farther. I am delighted with the functionality after just using them on a BDR. The two riders that I was with had aluminum panniers and both said that they were going to go with my Mosko setup when they got home. Great Product and Customer Support!
