Many of our accessory pockets and pouches are specifically sized to carry these sized bottles:
-1 bottle fits in our Medium MOLLE Pouch
-2 bottles fit in our Large MOLLE Pouch
-2 bottles fit in each of the two rear pockets of the Reckless 80 (2 Bottles per side, 4 bottles total, 1 gallon of extra capacity.)
-2 bottle fits in each of the two rear pockets of the Reckless 40 (2 Bottle per side, 4 bottles total, 1 gallon of extra capacity.)
-2 bottles fit in each of the two rear pockets of the Backcountry 35 Pannier (2 Bottles per side, 4 bottles total, 1 gallon of extra capacity)
FEATURES
Connects to the threaded pump of MSR stoves. (Check out the MSR WhisperLite Universal hybrid-fuel stove that can use canister fuel, white gas, kerosene, and unleaded gasoline from your bike.)
Leak-proof/ airtight seal allows fuel to be stored longer by preventing air from entering and degrading fuel.
Child-resistant packaging (CRP) push-and-twist bottle caps makes it difficult for kids and drunk people to open the bottle.
Made from single-piece, impact-extruded aluminum to prevent leaks and cracks.
Bolstered shoulder and base resist bulging when pressurized.
Over the last six years I've bought and extensively used the Reckless 80, Reckless 40 and Back Country 35. Recently I've added the MSR fuel bottles and the Gnoblin. Delivery has always been quick with the products arriving in perfect condition. As well as being well thought out all of these products are as tough as nails and after six years of solid use are showing little wear and tear. The only change I have made is to use an elastic hook tie to attach the legs of the Reckless products to my bike. In combination with the Gnoblin this allows me to attach or remove my soft luggage in seconds.

Great fit and good seal
Great bottles with a good seal, I use one for white gas and one for normal gasoline. Nothing to complain, do what they do and fit perfect in my Rackless 80 bags.

Fuel Bottles
I bought two fuel bottles to put fuel in, (surprisingly). I thought they were one litre bottles, they are not, they hold 0.87 of a litre so I thought that was a bit misleading. They seem to be good quality and have a child proof screwing mechanism on the lid similar to medicines for safety reasons. Can’t have the little kids drinking petrol, where would that leave us if we then run out of fuel!
A little bit pricey for what they are but hey ho, that seems to be the same for most things these days.
We never cut corners during development or manufacturing, so we stand behind our products. If one fails due to a problem with materials or workmanship, we’ll make it right.
